Karo is a digital service; no physical goods are shipped.
No physical shipping
Karo Premium is a digital membership. We do not ship physical products as part of the subscription, so no shipping fee or physical delivery timeline applies.
Digital delivery
After successful payment authorization and backend verification, Premium access is linked to the user's Karo account. Access is normally activated shortly after successful verification, although temporary payment-provider, network or system delays may occur.
If access is delayed
If payment was successful but Premium access is not visible, sign in with the same Karo account used at checkout and contact rushibaadkm@gmail.com with the payment reference.
